Gornergrat - a beautiful day walk
23 July was a rest day from the orienteering week. Owen and I caught the famous Gornergrat mountain train up to its high point of 3,089m. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day and walked all the way down along trails back to Zermatt. This took us about 5 1/2 hours with many stops to enjoy the superb views and take photos.
